The unlikely link : Create unexpected connections between collaborators with this icebreaker !

Discover your colleagues in a new light with our engaging, participative team-building activity that reveals unsuspected commonalities within the group. Ideal for breaking the ice and creating a friendly atmosphere, this fun experience encourages exchanges and strengthens team cohesion.

Participants are invited to group together according to their similarities, whether in terms of interests, career paths or shared experiences. Guided by our facilitator, they discover what brings them together in an original and spontaneous way.

Using a variety of inclusive questions, our facilitator encourages participants to position themselves according to their answers :

“Get together if you love the mountains.”
“If you have a pet.”
“If you & worked in the same department for more than 10 years.”

After each grouping, participants are invited to exchange a few words with their new teammates, sharing anecdotes and experiences. A simple and effective icebreaker to encourage communication and bonding !

How the team-building activity works

Step 1 : Briefing

Welcoming participants
Presentation of the activity concept
Game launch

Approximately 5 minutes

Step 2 : Find your Find what you have in common !

Facilitator guides participants by asking questions, stating specific personal or company characteristics.
Participants physically move to the center of the room to indicate their membership of each group.
Each participant engages in short exchanges with his or her neighbor about these similarities, to break the ice and create connections !

Step 3 : debriefing
